This module allows to setup and control Multiple Scanning or Import Batch Setup.
Each setup can be one of the following two types
Fixed Form
Any documents with fixed layout where index fields are located at same place on the document – e.g. Application Form
Free Form
Any documents where index fields are located at fixed location – e.g. Invoices or letters

Work with all major scanner and MFP device with twain support.
Also allow to import document from folder location Allow switch
form BW to Colour or Gray scale or wise versa.

This process allow user to scan previously batches documents which are scanned and separated at scanning stage and then follow the classification, extraction, and index process at later modules.

Import

Import module allow to import email attachments including email body to DocView Capture.
This module is unattended module which does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.

Module allow user to perform Quality check on scanned images.
User can perform following operation :
- Create Document
- Delete Document(s) / Page(s)
- Merge Multiple Documents
- Split Document
- Reject Document(s) / Page(s)
- Adding Notes to documents

Classify

This module is unattended module which does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.
Module can be run as :
- Console Application
- Manual Run Application
- Window Service
- Azure Service
- AWS Service

Modules perform auto classification on document identifying their document type in mix scanned batch.

Classification provide confidence as result which can be used / configured to decide if document is auto classified confidentially or
require manual confirmation by operator using Review Module.

Module uses AI / ML to classify document and training can be provided for improved classification result.

Review

Module allow user to perform Quality check on scanned images and allows to perform manual classification for documents.
User can perform following operation :
- classification of the document
- Create Document
- Delete Document(s) / Page(s)
- Adding Notes to documents
- Merge Multiple Documents
- Split Document
- Reject Document(s) / Page(s

OCR / Extraction

This module is unattended module which does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.
Module can be run as :

This process allow user to perform all following activity at scanning level.

Field result will have extraction confidence which be used to decide if fields have confident extracted value or require manual check in

Index

Module allows user to perform manual indexing of document fields of all documents of Scanned Batch.
Each index fields value is checked for formatting and validation rules.
User can manually type field value or using mouse draw
zone (area on image) which OCR and extract and populate the value
into the field box.
Various index fields type includes :
- Text
- Number
- Date
- Lookup List

Verify

Module allows user to perform manual indexing verification of
document fields of all documents of Scanned Batch.
Each index fields value is checked for formatting and validation rules.
User can manually type field value or using mouse draw zone
(area on image) which OCR and extract and populate the value into the
field box.
Verified index field value get checked against index value and user
received notification if user does not.
Various index fields type includes :
- Text
- Number
- Date
- Lookup List
- Cerify Value with index

PDF+

This module is unattended module which does not require any operator
to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.

To create searchable PDF, OCR to be required on document – following OCR engines can be used for OCR.

Manage

This is user module which allows user or supervisor to manages batches
in the flow while they are being processed in DocView Capture.
User can perform or load batch processing directly form Manage
module which allow them to track the full flow of the individual batch.
This module is also useful for Supervisor or manager who can monitor all
batches being processed in all modules.
